Magia Products
What makes Magia fabric softeners special compared to other brands?
Our fabric softeners are formulated with signature olfactory pyramids — top, heart and base notes that evolve over time, just like a luxury fragrance. The ultra-concentrated formula provides up to 50 washes per bottle and fragrance persistence of up to 4–6 weeks on fabrics. All Made in Italy, with carefully selected raw materials.
What is the difference between fabric softeners and room fragrances?
Fabric softeners are used in the washing machine: they soften fibres, help preserve fabrics and leave a pleasant, long-lasting fragrance on garments.
Room fragrances (250 ml sprays), on the other hand, are designed to scent living spaces — such as bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms — as well as linen, using the same fragrance families as the rest of the range.
They can be used together to create a harmonious, coordinated olfactory experience throughout the home. How many fragrances are available in the range?
The fabric softener range currently includes 8 fragrances: Sensual Flower, Fresco Mattino, Orchidea, Fior di Luna, Passion, Fior di Loto, My Love and Oro.
Alongside these are 5 laundry perfumers, 5 ambient spray fragrances and several dedicated home cleaning lines: laundry detergents, floor, bathroom and glass cleaners, as well as sanitisers and degreasers.
The range is constantly evolving and progressively enriched with new products.
Usage & Dosage
How much detergent should I use per wash?
For the washing machine: 20ml for 5kg of dry laundry, or 30ml for 8kg. Pour the product into the detergent drawer. For hand washing, dilute 20g in 10 litres of water during the rinse phase
Do not exceed the recommended doses: being concentrated, using more does not improve results but reduces the number of available washes. The concentrated formula also allows more washes per bottle, helping to reduce product waste, packaging and overall environmental impact. How much fabric softener should I use per wash?

Yes, Magia formulas are tested and optimised to be effective even at 30°C. Washing at low temperatures does not compromise fragrance or cleaning performance — in fact, it is a choice that respects delicate fabrics and reduces energy consumption.
By using less energy, low-temperature washing also helps reduce overall environmental impact, making every wash more sustainable without sacrificing performance. Can I use Magia detergent and fabric softener together?
Absolutely — in fact, it is the ideal combination. We also have a 2-in-1 Combo range (e.g. Fresco Mattino, Orchidea, Fior di Luna in 2kg format) that combines softener and detergent in a single formula with a coordinated fragrance. For those who prefer separate products, simply add the detergent to the main drawer and the softener to its dedicated compartment.
Which surfaces can I use the floor cleaner on?
Magia floor cleaners are compatible with: marble, ceramic, stoneware, resin, PVC and cement. Do not use on untreated wood surfaces or water-sensitive parquet. Dilute as directed to avoid streaks — the formula is concentrated and a small amount is sufficient for a flawless result.

Fabric Care
Can I use Magia on delicate fabrics such as wool and cashmere?
Yes. The concentrated formula is designed for microfibre, wool, cashmere and cotton. It prevents felting, maintains fibre elasticity and preserves colour vibrancy. For the most delicate garments, use the minimum recommended dose and opt for the delicate cycle or hand washing.
How long does the fragrance last on fabrics after washing?
Magia fragrances are designed to last 4–6 weeks on fabrics. The aromatic molecules penetrate the fibres and are gradually released with every movement of the garment — opening a drawer, putting on a piece of clothing, or tucking in the sheets. Duration may vary depending on the type of fabric and frequency of use.
Sustainability
In what sense is Magia a sustainable brand?
Magia’s sustainability is built on concentration: a single 1L bottle equals 50 washes, meaning less plastic, less packaging, fewer transport emissions. Formulas effective even at low temperatures reduce energy consumption. The long-lasting fragrances reduce the frequency of washing. This is not greenwashing: it is intelligent efficiency.
How should I correctly dispose of the packaging?
Magia bottles are made from recyclable plastic (HDPE/PET). Once the product is finished, rinse the bottle, remove the cap and place both in the plastic recycling bin according to your local regulations. The packaging is designed to minimise unnecessary materials.
