  • read the frequently asked questions and search within them;
  • find our contact details, whether you are a consumer or a business.

The website is available in Italian, English and German. You can change the language using the selector on every page.

Compliance status

The magiaweb.com website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in Italian Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 (Annex I). The technical reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as referenced by the European standard EN 301 549.

“Partially compliant” means that some parts of the website do not yet fully meet these requirements. They are listed below.

What already works

  • All images have alternative text.

  • Every page has a skip link at the top that lets you skip the menu and go straight to the main content.
  • Pages are organised into recognisable areas: header, navigation, main content and footer.
  • The language of each page is declared, so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
  • The FAQ sections can be expanded and collapsed using the keyboard, and their expanded or collapsed state is communicated to assistive technologies.
  • The FAQ search field has a clearly readable label.

Content That Is Not Yet Accessible

  • Colour contrast: Some menu items and the selected category filter on the Products page have insufficient contrast against the background (WCAG 1.4.3).
  • Heading structure: On some pages (About Us, Values, FAQs, and Contact Us), heading levels do not follow a consistent hierarchy, or the main heading is duplicated (WCAG 1.3.1).
  • Product buttons: On the Products page, all “Discover and Order” buttons have the same text. When read out of context, they do not indicate which product they refer to (WCAG 2.4.4).
  • Product page filters: Assistive technologies do not correctly identify the filter structure as a list (WCAG 1.3.1).
  • Contact Us page: There is a link with no text (WCAG 2.4.4).
  • English and German versions: Some image descriptions are still in Italian or are too generic (WCAG 1.1.1).
  • Text over images: The contrast of menu items and headings displayed over photographs is currently being reviewed (WCAG 1.4.3).

We are working to address these issues by 31 December 2026.

How This Statement Was Prepared

This statement was prepared on 20 October 2026, based on an assessment conducted by Key Codes S.r.l. on behalf of Asta S.r.l. The assessment used automated tools (axe-core) and manual checks of the main pages in all three languages.

This statement is reviewed at least once a year and whenever significant changes are made to the website.
